Welcome to the CSI5122 blog. Students in my graduate course on software usability are asked, as part of course credit to post here and comment on each others' posts.

This blog contains guest posts by students in University of Ottawa graduate course CSI5122 Software Usability, as taught by Dr. Timothy C. Lethbridge.

Each blog post is about a usability issue the students have noticed and want to bring to the attention of computer-savvy members of the public, so we can all learn to create more usable software. The posts are largely the student's original work, although Dr. Lethbridge may lightly edit them.

Students are given a grade based on the quality of their posts. Some students may instead post on their own blog.

Dr. Lethbridge's main blog can be found by clicking here. At the end of each offering of CSI5122 he will cross-post a few top blog posts from this blog to his main blog.
